Bought as Christmas gifts. Delivery took ages, and the items arrived damaged. The plastic containers the brushes were in were cracked, and a couple were completely broken. It looks like they were not handled well at all. I emailed many times to initiate a return and request a refund, as I didn’t feel they were in a suitable condition to give as gifts, but I was completely ignored. Very poor service.
