They have an extremely comprehensive aquatic inventory. I have no doubt they are awesome for the more common pets too. Incredibly fast shipping that wasn’t even necessary thanks!!!

Easy shopping experience, purchased online with no issues. Shipping took more like 3-4 days but then it was overnighted to me.

I always shop at Pisces Pet Emporium. It’s my go to place for all my pets’ needs.its a great store and the staff are so helpful.

Quick delivery and easy ordering process.

I don't live in Calgary but was taken there once a few years ago and was impressed with their fish treatments and everything else. I finally figured out that I could get the fish treatment stuff mailed and it was here in one day!!! All their prices and products are great.

Like the ease of your ordering system, and speed. If you're looking for suggestions: I do think you should offer delivery of fish for local delivery only. I think a lot of people would be interested. I would be for sure. Are there legal reasons you can't? Too inconvenient? Just charge enough to make it profitable for you, and if that is more than people are willing to pay for delivery then you don't lose much by trying it as an option. Thank you. I'll be back either way.

Pretty decent, enjoy the ease of shopping when you can't go in and shipping for large items I can't usually lift myself. customer service is really good.I can still get points even on plus days. I noticed a differences between in-store and online inventory availability. I feel the in-store often is more stocked than the warehouse. While I understand mayeb working from different inventory stock, I think it would be nice to see more consistency of in-stock for confidence.
