I’ve supported g nancy for 7 years or so now and I have never had anything but an excellent experience. There is something extra lovely about tucking your children up at night in pjs so lovingly made by another family. I don’t think you can put a price on that. Whenever anything has gone astray (it’s always something out of her control, because..life), Georgie has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make things right. You know you are buying from someone who genuinely cares - it’s far too rare these days.

I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service. When there were unexpected shipping delays, the team went above and beyond to make sure our little ones stayed warm over the autumn Easter break. They upgraded our order to express shipping at no extra cost and even sent a complimentary singlet before the pyjamas arrived. That level of care and thoughtfulness is so rare these days and made us customers for life. Highly recommend!
