I met the Readywise reps at a government contracting tradeshow around 10 years ago and they were really cool. On top of that they were handing out samples and I was really impressed with the quality and flavor of the dishes they had on hand. I bought a few buckets and go bags for my SHTF closet and have rotated them to keep them fresh ever since. Every so often we have Readywise for dinner but it's from buckets or bags that are between 5 and 7 years old. And we can never tell, they amazing.
