Easy and fast!

Bad

No one is contacting me back, all I want is to know why the watch isn’t connecting! If it is a fault or something we have done wrong. We can’t use the watch the way we want to.

Product doesnt work and the company does not respond to my mails asking for returns and refund

No customer service

Took longer than expected. The parcel was left in my letterbox.

No response to email queries (4 emails sent with no response to any of them), no answer on the telephone number listed on their invoice. It has been two weeks since I ordered the watch and still haven't received it. I ended up buying another one from Harvey Norman for my grand daughters birthday because I wasn't sure this one would arrive in time for her birthday next year...

Watch doesn’t pair with app, so none of the features work (adding contacts or SOS numbers, location, etc.). Tried contacting support email and website - no response, just silence. Will be seeking a refund if I’m lucky. Wouldn’t bother buying from this company.

I could see 4G signal in the watch. In the app I did all the steps mentioned in the manual, but it dos not allow me to set SOS numbers and also any other interaction from the app does not work

simple to order / came rather quickly but emails / online enquiries were never responded to.

Don’t offer express shipping if you can’t fulfill the offer

Product didn’t work for long

The experience was very bad the product was not charging and wrote an email not response or support yet

Shopping was good. I was able to track the delivery.

Dodgy website...can't phone anyone. they don't reply to emails. Never received my order

Disappointing considering the outcome.

This watch kept disconnecting from my phone and in the end I couldn’t pair it at all. Not very user friendly and I connected the support team and they never responded. I got two emails asking me to write a review though 🙃

Shocking customer service

Would give ZERO stars if it was an option. Biggest rip off and no one gets back to you about a replacement or refund!!!

Dishonest company supplying faulty goods and then refusing to return emails re: fixing/replacing

I recently bought a Kidz Watch for my 10-year-old son. Unfortunately, the product did not meet our expectations, so we decided to return it. I had a very frustrating experience trying to get assistance. Despite emailing Support multiple times and calling the number on their website for return instructions (including the return address), I received no response. After numerous attempts, I am left feeling extremely disappointed and concerned that this could be a scam.

Was very easy to order on the website very easy to pay our hard earned money but come to get support for a watch that won't work or any correspondence from them is hopeless

No customer service or return process available. Cheap for a reason. Avoid and go with a reliable company.
