WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tried to reach out MULTIPLE times regarding my never received item, I got completely ghosted😞💔 I have been following Olivia for years and as excited and wanted to love the waist trainer. I reached out via DM and her website multiple times, and never received a response. I ordered it on Black Friday, EXCITED to wear it for holiday events (my company party) and Christmas, but NOTHING. What makes it even more frustrating, and I think I have been more than patient (I’m leaving this 1/30/24, so more than 1 month later) is that they responded once over DM (before Xmas) and then ghosted me after I told them it was missing and showed the tracking number proof, etc. Although they were aware of the issue, they didn’t care to resolve it or follow up. Hence this review. I hate leaving reviews when I don’t have a product to actually review , but this is based solely on the customer service experience.
