Fine no problems

They rip you off, items need an additional £40+ on top of the cost and delivery charge to collect them. Over 6 weeks late being dispatched only after telling PayPal I wanted a refund as I haven’t had the items! Still being disputed.AVOID THIS COMPANY

Terrible experience. Product took several weeks to arrive and missed the travel deadline that I had made the purchase for. Customer service was terrible and would not cancel/refund order despite multiple requests. I thought I had been scammed. Do not purchase from this company. Very poor.

Late delivery. Contacted and sorted out. Not suitable for samsung s24. Covers the bottom camera and also gets really hot.

Didn’t receive it quick I thought it was a scam after two weeks when I finally got the product. I’m more than happy with the product. It’s better than I expected but when there was problems with delivery, communication could’ve been better.

Items took an age to arrive. A couple of emails querying the delivery date were met with an immediate response, promising to look into the matter, then nothing. Twice.

Don’t care about customer satisfaction, sending emails for reviews of a product that hasn’t even been delivered

Took a while to come, but prompt efficient service once I'd enquired . Great product well designed and made. ONLY issue is info/ instructions were in German.

The advertised uk delivery was 1-2 working days. It took 19 days for me. I even had to contact the support after 2/3 days as the product hadn’t even been dispatched
