I would give no stars if I could

Took a long time to arrive from order.

Big hype under delivered

Took about a month to get here and also said it was delivered roughly 1-2 weeks before it actually came.

Arrived as expected

As mentioned in the previous review, the product is excellent, the order process was fine, the tracking is a little "light", but the lead time of 16 days I thought was excessive.

Quite slow postage

Took too long to arrive and communication was poor

Slow and lacked updates. If I know it was going to take 3 weeks I would not have bothered buying them. Way over priced.

Took a long time to arrive. I was asked to review the purchase approx 10 days before it had even been delivered.

Two weeks after ordering this, it still hasn’t been dispatched. Since then, I’ve had over 30 emails with the company, asking for my money back. But they won’t honour their refunds policy. I asked them not to dispatch it. But 4 weeks later they did dispatch it and they won’t reply to me. Extremely poor customer service. Their customer refund policy is not being enforced. Beware of this seller.

Very poor performance in terms of customer care. Poor & inflexible communication platforms are offered when trying to communicate with customer service and support. I found it a really stressful experience. This company should invest in a customer telephone helpline - this would vastly improve its business & performance. Please do better for your customers.

Item hasn't arrived so not happy!!!!

I had to query the delivery because initially it said it failed with no explanation. Delivery came eventually but took 4 weeks in total.

Had to contact the seller after the first shipment got lost in transit. It took several emails to convince them to send a replacement. I wasn't impressed.

Did not come as quick as I expected but worth the wait

Order not received and customer service poor I eventually received my charges and they work very well. Love being able to prop up my phone and charge whilst watching Netflix etc.

Goods haven't arrived. I sincerely doubt that they will. Fortunately, my payment method people will look to get the money back, and to help the European Court to deal with these people.

First order disappeared, and a replacement was sent out, just received, and I’m very happy with the service.
