Totally disgraceful - won't ever use again although the prodect seems to be ok

Terrible customer service and delivery time

Rubbish

Received product after 3 -4 months.

We paid and after 8 weeks no products yet. Although friends recommended your products, we are disappointed that it seems so difficult to get those products out of your warehouse and bring it to the NL.

I have said all i have to say in my previous comment

Took over 2 months to send item, promised a refund as compensation and then refused to re connect, would avoid the product as it does not do as advertised and would avoid the company as they are incompetent and do not live up to their written promise

You lie! You don’t refund like you promise and you make up lies

A lot of messing about delivery took forever and when I contacted them it took ages to get an answer!

Already have in the review I left. Good product, shocking service and even worse internal processes.

Unfortunately I have a very bad experience waited 60 days for delivery then 3xpowerbanks were the wrong colour. I was promised replacements but then didn't honour their promises and asked for powerbanks to be posted back before they sent out replacements and wanted me to pay for postage. I have had to send numerous emails I have never experienced anything like it. My advice do not buy

After sale customer service is virtually non-existent unless prompted by customer for information.

Awful awful company to deal with. Shipped after telling me they’d cancel and refund the order as 2 months passed since ordering and they still hadn’t shipped. Then they shipped it anyway. I had to raise a chargeback with my credit card company. Terrible company to deal with.

Customer service abismal - over two months chasing an issue that no one wants to resolve even though it was the organisation error in the first place - would not use this organisation ever again!!!!

It took over 2 weeks to arrive. No apology no update nothing.

Order never arrived and customer service was extremely poor.

Awful from start to finish. Order cancelled and no refunds given despite promises otherwise. Product then shipped when charge back proceedings started with bank. Product arrived damaged and sent back immediately

Good product need better service and support

Absolutely terrible. Poor communication, did not honour delivery time and would not refund after being 6 weeks late for dispatch. I asked for a refund before it was sent to me. So it would have cost you nothing and you would have saved yourself the embarrassment now. I plan only on talking negatively about this. I can’t believe this is a German company. I have come across scammers with better customer service. That should say it all.

I had forgotten that i had even ordered these. The free SLIM powerbank is chunky and the others have a very poor battery life.

Very poor response to emails, and the power packs do not hold a reasonable charge.

Communications almost non-existent, 6 week delivery time, andc mo information about my delivery. It just turned up one day out of the blue. Only saving grace is that it appears to work quite well.

Delivery was a bit slow, think their advertising campaign worked to well and they got overwhelmed, however their customer service is great when I chased my order

In spite of having to wait five weeks for my powerbank to arrive you always answered my emails and assured me that they would arrive eventually.
