custom service horrible. The person who answered the phone refused to help me and would not let me speak to anyone else. She said if i didn't have my order number they could not look up my order. i have worked on computers since they have become part of companies way of doing business. one of the best features of a computer is that there are so many ways to retrieve information. so if you have a customers name address phone number it's going to pull up everything attached to that information.
