Initially there was a few missing items but after emailing their customer service, Adam was great and sorted out the missing items the same day.
I've used the pre, snow and shampoo. I used them during the heat wave so was unable to do more than a side at a time on my van. In all fairness it was much easier than usual, but still needed some graft.
