Very disappointing. I am somebody who is always wary of shopping online. I am extremely cautious and very guarded against scam sites. However reviews of the company told me that it is not a scam site, and offgridnordic is genuine. I was roped in and made the plunge to go against my normal instincts and order the sling bag 2.0. My original fears have since been proven to be spot on. More than 15 days after I was informed it had been despatched, it has not arrived.

Your customer service is a concern and I wonder if you are genuine abc if this is a scam. I would be happy to revoke all this if only you would be as kind to actually respond or update.
