I received the product quickly, but never saw improvement. I have requested a refund, so I’ll have to wait to see whether or not they stand behind the claims they made. Since it did nothing to help my dog, I wasted a lot of money. If they honor my refund request, then I can say they are a good company. If not, well that would not be good business practice. We’ll reserve judgement until we see their response.
