There was absolutely no response to my questions about why my order was taking so many weeks longer than promised. I had to buy from a different vendor that gave me better quality products than this vendor. They refused to respond when I asked for a refund since they weren't fulfilling my order. And weeks after I had used another vendor to complete my clients order I finally got the order from this vendor. Very unprofessional.

Zero communication, even when emails were sent directly through shop platform AND to your own website. Fast turnaround is a compete and utter lie, as it took WEEKS for your product to arrive. Once arrived, the file had been distorted to the point the vinyls were unusable as the logo was completely ruined. Super cheap, thin vinyl, shipped on the slowest possible form of transportation, weeks late after production. There was absolutely nothing positive about this experience! Everyone should steer

The roll in shipping was a tough one for us. We love the quality of the sticker but when we had to fix it with a heat gun because of the shipping it added an extra step that could have messed up somebody else. We had the knowledge to fix it but someone else might not.
