The shopping experience was great. I have zero complaints regarding that. So far, I’ve enjoyed the product. I will say, and I posted this in my review, that I did not get a stick of foam as what I’ve seen in some of the YouTube videos. And I’ve checked and everything seems to be securely fastened everything‘s tight. The dilution factors were followed. It would’ve been nice in the box to have a paper quick step/quick set up list of instructions.
