I purchased the Rubbit Waterless Car Cleaner kit, including the TriFoam concentrate and towels, based on the company’s strong claims of a "scratch-free" clean using their TriFoam technology. I used the product exactly as directed on my brand new Toyota Camry which had only a light layer of dust/dirt.
Despite following the "spray and wipe" method, allowing the foam to dwell, and using the microfiber towels provided, my car's paint is now covered in visible swirl marks when viewed
