Bought the trial kit and foam 2.0 but when it arrived I only got the trial kit missing the the foam 2.0 (15-25 washes) Customer service is helpful though, just give them the receipt number and picture of the package and send me the missing item after a day or two, maybe just the packaging department error. Love the customer service and the product
