Lied to and never got my order

I never received the braces for my mom and customer service after promising multiple delivery timelines stopped responding to my emails so I haven’t been able to get a refund! Terrible experience, very disappointed as I was hopeful I could offer my mom some relief.

I have emailed you people 3 times and got a response once, from the very first email. After that, nothing.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT (2 OF THEM, LEFT AND RIGHT)?????

Never received mine. They string you along telling you it is being sent then they stop responding. They are a scam don't waste your money.

Shopping was wonderful But I'm still waiting to Receive the Braces.

Never received it or got an email bout it nothing and it's hard to find one that might fit..

I never received it, still waiting on my refund from last year.

After over 2 months waiting for delivery they finally arrived. But I cant try them on. My weight and size make it impossible to reach out behind my leg an find the strap, and I also think the middle straps is to short for my knees. And the instructions not very helpful, or helpful but not enough. Shall the hole all up to where I feel my kneecap? The thin fabric around the leg was easy to ”tread” on the foot and up. I can not say anything about the support, because I cant use it, but very soft? The things that shall support I mean. So 1 star is only for the long delivery time and the fact I got the impression it was for bigger knees.

Still waiting for my order this is ridiculous. Paid for it. Money withdrew from my bank. They tell me next shipment I’ll get mine and it’s gone down $30 since I bought it.

terrible... too big, didn't have label inside to send back for return or to email ... nothing....

Shopping and paying went smooth but after 20 days still no sign of shipment. After asking for a status update I learned that it will take another 20 to 30 days for the items to be restocked. I assume shipment will take even longer. This is unaaceptable !

If I had realized the product was coming from China, I never would have ordered it. I want to support manufacturers in THIS country! Plus it took too long to arrive, and the tracking feature was inaccurate.
