I have emailed them 6 times saying i havent recieved my order and want my money back. With no response.

Very nice knee braces, My only problem is the delivery company doesn't always deliver on the days that they say. I've got my braces up to a week later.

I received 2 of the same size despite ordering one left and one right I asked for a refund because they are not comfortable and did not do what I needed them to do. I received an email saying I would be refunded as per policy, however the person who emailed me saying this has since ghosted me and has not responded to several of my follow up emails. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying from this company.

It's been a terrible experience because your customer service department is non existent. Perhaps if you send me the BP cuff I already paid for I will stop giving you bad reviews, and won't have VISA refund me the money you fraudulently charged me.

The braces wouldn’t stay on my legs I had the right and left braces I said well I’ll send them back same day last year and I still haven’t gotten my refund back to my credit card

I ordered it in January and it didn't arrive till March. I tried repeatedly to contact you and got NO response!

The shipping took for ever and then you sent me the wrong size!!!

Hej Vet inte vad jag ska säga ,detta är 5 mailet jag skickar till er och ännu inte fått nått svar vart mina knäskydd är, beställningen har INTE kommit. Gjorde beställningen 18/12-2024 detta är under all kritik och sorgligt nog va man tvungen att betala innan man fick varorna. Kommer aldrig mer att göra nån beställningen hos er, BEDRÄGERI!!!!!
