Easy to order and great customer service

When I originally subscribed it was amazing. I have an issue and sent multiple emails and cannot get a response. Cancelling was so hidden and difficult. They have wiped their social media and internet presence which is highly concerning. Everyone I talked to has also cancelled as the company has gone down hill.

Good and fast shipping

I have been beyond impressed by Birdie & Co customer service! If I reach out I get responses within a days time. They were super understanding to work with when the mail processing center opened my package and the contents were misplaced. They immediately sent out replacements and even with rushed shipping so I got it as soon as possible. Also, pregnancy brain had got the best of me and I forgot to change out my second trimester formula to my third trimester and they noticed I ordered the third trimester outside of my subscription. Customer service reached out to me and asked if I would like for them to send the third trimester formula in place of the second, and issue a refund since my order hadn’t been shipped yet! Not only was that extremely attentive but I was impressed that they were willing to reach out to me like they did so that I didn’t have to hassle with shipping anything back! It’s been a wonderful experience and I’m so impressed by how well my body seems to be doing after switching to their formulas.
