Der Support hat mich daraufhin proaktiv kontaktiert und mir kulanterweise einen Rabattcode angeboten. Das wäre absolut nicht nötig gewesen, zeigt aber, wie ernst man hier Kunden nimmt. Wer professionelles Equipment und echten Service sucht, ist hier richtig. Ich kaufe definitiv weiter hier!
