I really like the tallow moisturizing cream itself. This is my second time ordering and I had intended to give some as a part of Christmas gifts for my family. However, my experience with the company has been really disappointing. My full order didn’t arrive the second time, and despite contacting the company multiple times via email, they have ignored my messages and never sent the missing products. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor customer service. As much as I like the product, I can’t recommend the company because of this experience. I will taking my business elsewhere and reviewing on my social media channel so that others don’t have to experience this same frustration.
