I have added in initial review. Analyse the customer journey, check your gaps and fill the gaps with data you have retrieved from. Customers experiences. I understand the items are carefully made but not keeping customers aware. Especially when it stays on the website that I would be informed two weeks after or some line like that it's not good enough. They need to know end to end how that journey is to allows customers to know where they are at. We all have busy lives.

First delivery came straight away within the delivery time stated.
My second delivery toke 3/4 weeks to be delivered due to employers illness. Then when contacted via phone, insta and email you hardly get a response or when you do you get a mouthfuls of excuses and attitude.
As a business growing, if a member of staff is ill, you should hire more staff to stick to tike stated for delivery on the website, expecially when you've paid for 3-5 working days.
