While the company offered a discount on the incorrect size shoe, this solution was unsatisfactory. A discount doesn't address the fact that I have no use for shoes that are too small. The entire experience left me feeling frustrated, as I expected the correct size to be delivered in the first place. I would have appreciated a more practical solution, such as a prompt exchange
