Pictures don’t replicate the products at all. The look of the dress in the pictures and the products are far from identical. The material used in the picture looks premium but the actual product is of poor material. It seems most of the product pictures are taken off of the internet and are not actual representations of the products. Beware while purchasing. Their return policy is also bad. They only allow you to exchange or return for 3 days. Seems like they purposely did that since they know that most of their pictures aren’t actual representations of their products. I wish there was an option of giving them something below 1 star. Giving them 1 star also feels forced.

I want to give feedback and cancel my return request.
Honestly speaking, the quality of the product is very good but the packaging is very low standard. Also, the major drawback of the products is that the size chart which is mentioned on the website is not up to the mark. Your products are a size smaller than the generic/common size chart and you have put up the generic size chart on your website which obviously is a wrong thing. Also, putting reverse charges on the customer is a foolish thing of yours. I can understand that it might be a good way for you to earn an extra ₹100 from customers. Reverse charges being paid by customers at one point is okay. But the worst part is that if I have 2 items ordered in a single order and I have to face the difficulty of exchange/return, you are charging ₹100 reverse charges per item bought which is very cheap of you. If I have bought 2 products in the same order, and I wish to exchange both the items (because of your misinterpretation of information) then instead of charging me ₹100 reverse charges for the whole order i.e. 2 items, you are charging me ₹100 reverse charges for each item. So shameful and very cheap of you. Also, regarding your app and website integration, it's the worst. No integration at all.
Very worst shopping experience ever. I am never ever going to recommend Alamode by Akanksha to anyone else.
I don't want to return/exchange my purchased items anymore. I don't trust you guys. I'll see what to do with the items I have already bought.
