Horrible website. extremely poor business model. Apparel sizes mentioned are all incorrect. There is no option of size exchange. You have to go through the entire tedious process of return and then re-order. For which a return pickup charge of Rs 100 got deducted. It was a 3 pc set of which the shrug was correct size. I needed to exchange the top and pant to a bigger size, which also they said is not possible Moreover, there is no option to receive the money into my source account. Which means I'm forcefully stuck with you to buy something even if i don't like. A total cheat and loot. Shall never recommend to any family or friend and also tag and drop this review on social media.
