I reached out twice for help with sizing but never got a response. I guessed my size and was wrong, when I exchanged they said they were out if stock but that wasn't true, I got store credit for my original 2 exchange items that I'd used a 15% off coupon for but had to order them at regular price to replace them with the right size. I thought this was very unethical. I'm only a returning customer because the shorts really are the best. Customer service wise, I'm really disappointed.
