I apparently signed up for a subscription I was not very clear about. She offered a free reading which I was not happy with. The free reading was not great. Very generic. I then was charged 65 dollars and was not aware it was a subscription. I asked for a refund but was only offered to have my subscription cancelled. Then the subscription reading came, as I was already charged I opened it. Once again the reading was very disappointing and hard to connect with. Not helpful at all. I was sad:(
