best customer service ever one time my card payment didn’t go through because i forgot to switch it to my new one and they texted me and let me know it was so nice

I love that I get emails saying my shipment is coming up, shipment is being packed, when my shipment is out for delivery and when it’s delivered. Nobody ships as fast as southern string. I love the update emails.

My husband and our son love watching your videos together, and it’s been so fun supporting a business that feels so genuine and family-oriented. Only time ive been disappointed was in December I wanted the Santa hat but was too late and that was 100% on me and I am glad we received the american flag had when we did so I could have it in time for the 4th and believe in your order system
