My only complaint is the stitching on the logo was sloppy and had loose threads. Since it is the logo is the really the only thing on the bag (no other designs or tags) I wanted to swap it out for one without the defect. When I contacted Cowgirl Wear for an exchange they told me to cut the loose threads and basically fix it up myself. For the price, it should have been subbed out if that was the customers request. I had also paid for the extra shipping protection & free returns
