They told me they didn’t have the color I wanted available and asked me to pick a different one. I didn’t like the other colors so the color I wanted showed up. There was a smashing in the order and the color is not quite what I thought it would be and it’s a lot bulky here than I thought it was going to be. But it is well-made from what I can see.

It's in my original review. I was told the item was out of stock, so I asked for the order to be cancelled. I was asked to choose an alternate color but declined, again asking for the order to be cancelled. Days later, I was notified by email that my order was on the way. As it has now arrived and is the color I originally ordered, it obviously wasn't out of stock, and the order wasn't canceled as I requested twice. Not great customer service.
