Terrible customer service, some of the worst Iβve ever seen. communication with customers is atrocious. Failed to inform me the item I ordered was out of stock for almost a month. I had to ask to find this out. I canceled and asked for a refund and was told I would have it, instead, the item was still sent to me (I already replaced it) Then they refused to let me return it without charging me for return shipping when it was their error. Now wonβt let me process a return at all. Iβm furious.
