Everything was great, but I was surprised to styrofoam packing peanuts when I opened the box. If you make a point to have and make candles that are better for the environment, your packaging should also reflect that.

Sadly on this occasion, as mentioned in my fireside candle review, I was incredibly disappointed by the service. A month to be told my chosen candle was out of stock, a cleverly worded email that offered a replacement over a refund when both should be offered, a recommended scent that baffled me and was honestly so awful my husband and I both said no way are we burning that in the house nor will I find someone to gift it to. Return postage at my cost (fine if this had just been a change of heart on my account) and a follow up email expressing my disappointment ignored. Really sad when a small biz doesn't take account as you've lost a devoted small biz customer now. Many fabulous ethical small candle co's out there with excellent service and better value for money.
