Not what was expected- way too small

No tracking number was provided for the order. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Cheap material

Still have not received my order 2 months now

I never got my order.

Terrible… The product took a month to get here and was delayed two weeks past Mother’s Day. When I received the product, the embroidery was slanted by 30% going downward after several attempts of reaching out to customer service over multiple weeks they finally offered me 20% off and told me to just donate the shirt I had ordered. The shirt is personalized… 🤦🏼‍♀️ it will be donated, and the Better Business Bureau will be contacted.

The product is not at all like described

Order took longer than expected.

They gave me 1 good product and 1 wrong product.

Very unhappy with overall quality. Poor communication from seller. When enquiring about refund I was told to give it to "someone in need" as postage would cost up to $20 to send back. Then all communication stopped

Awful shipping times

Ordered in early May. Did not receive any details or legit tracking info within 2 months. Cancelled my order.

Horrible! I ordered this hoodie 2 weeks before Mother’s Day and I paid the extra $15 for “express shipping”, thinking it was an American company and surely I will get it before Mother’s Day, it didn’t show up until 3 weeks after Mother’s Day and it’s not even close to the colors that are shown in the advertisement. Very displeased, is an understatement. I will not be ordering anything from this company again.

Terrible, don’t buy

They refused a refund or a remake of my product even after confirming they sent my product to the wrong address. I sent pictures of my house as they posted pictures of it on someone else’s porch and they admitted to it but never did anything about it.

Packaging was not sufficient to protect the item which was partially broken upon arrival.

Poor shipping & custumer service

Paid for VIP and came in very late. No refund for shipping was issued.

The item did not arrive on time and it was about 2 weeks late. They also would not allow me to return the item due to international shipping. They provided no recompense as well
