They forgot to send me the top sign and told me that I had to pay for it when I clearly indicated in my order that it was part of it. I wasted my money and don't recommend as customer service will tell you that you forgot to input a required field on their site (which is impossible since it's required) and ask you to pay more if you want that item to be shipped.
