Terrible. Do not order from this company. I ordered a sweatshirt 6 weeks ago, the last shipping update was 3 weeks ago, and the item was only in a neighboring state. I have contacted customer support, they sent an automated email saying it may take 24-48 hours to respond…it’s now been 3 days with no response. I spent $60 on this item & highly suspect it’s lost. Unacceptable. I’m having serious doubts if I’ll even be able to get my money back if so.
