Easy to order and customize the product.

I have yet to receive the product I ordered, despite waiting for nearly a month. Unfortunately, no merchandise has been delivered, and the only response I’ve received so far was a referral to investigate the issue with my local carrier. As a customer, I made a purchase with the expectation that the seller would take responsibility for ensuring successful delivery. It is disappointing to experience such a lack of follow-through and accountability.

Item arrived late for Mothers Day, even though website promised (and I paid expedited shipping) it would. When I emailed them upon receiving tracking info confirming this, they said they do not cancel orders. I expressed my frustration to which they pretty much said “to bad for you, we don’t give refunds or allow returns. Scam company, horrible customer service. Do not purchase from this company.

The items arrived and looked great! The quality is is pretty good too. However, they arrived much later than anticipated - was supposed to get here for Mother's Day and arrived about a week late. It came from China which I had no idea it would before ordering it. Additionally, although the quality was good, the sweaters are not very soft. It looks good and the quality was fine, I just wish they were softer. The wristbands are great too, however, they are really difficult to put on and take off.

Terrible customer service, long wait time for garbage product. Would never ever recommend anyone from ordering from here

I ordered 1 week before Mother’s Day but it arrived 2 weeks after Mother’s Day.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I paid for the VIP option expecting better service, but ended up waiting nearly two months to receive my order. The tracking information provided was vague and unhelpful — it gave me no real idea of where my package was or when it would arrive.

have requested a refund for over a month now with two separate emails and no response. Other than to ask for shipping label, order number and photos. You are the company you should have the order number and shipping information.

The shopping took way too long, it arrived after my event. The scale was not as it was pictured in the advertisement. It was much smaller than the sizer pictured. Extremely miss leading! I will never purchase from this seller again & I will let my friends on social media know my horrible experience!
