Overall it was decent at best. The rig came damaged, the PC tower tray doesn't align properly for the 80x20 frame so it was a waste of money and the end caps on the TV mount were busted from shipping or handling. Overall I enjoyed the rig but at almost $2k dollars, I expected better. Too much damage and misaligned parts.

This chassis is absolutely excellent. Incredibly strong and rigid and looks great. And as usual (this is my second RSeat rig) RSeat customer service is nothing short of excellent. One of my peripherals (keyboard arm / tray) came damaged and RSeat had dispatched a new one within a couple business days no questions asked and the new one arrived within 3 days. I can't recommend RSeat enough. The only small improvement could be to have digital manuals created for the full set of products as some had
