The overall experience is really good as this is not my first rodeo with the company. I’m just a little concerned that I have been speaking to them for a couple weeks and they just all of a sudden stopped talking to me. I also have tried to troubleshoot the device as requested, but I’m not having success so I’m hoping that we can get this resolved by replacing the device that I received or giving me a full refund.

You guys are terrible, I spend so much money on things I couldn’t afford when I was younger, and I will never shop with you guys again. Someone stole my package and you just brushed me off and told me to deal with shipping company. I bought it from YOU, you should be able to take care of my problem but you didn’t.
