My item wasn’t shipped until 3 days after the original expected arrival date. I was told after the arrival date that it would ship out soon and I could pay $40 for two day shipping. Why would I pay for two day shipping when it’s now 13 days after purchase.
The master cardiology arrived without any of the spare ear pieces or bell attachment.
The engraving is 1-2 letters off center so my name is permanently engraved crooked on the stethoscope.
