Unfortunately, it was shipped 5 business days after I placed the order and delivered 16 business days later—over 3 weeks in total. I had already left the shipping address by then, so I never received it. I feel like I wasted money on fast shipping that wasn’t honored. I’m now considering requesting a return and refund. Based on this experience, I don’t plan to use this site again.
