I’ve noticed it helps with my sleep and stress in a very short time. Also, the battery life is excellent, lasting up to 2 weeks. My only minor issue is getting the earclip to fit securely and comfortably in my ear. Improving the ergonomics of the earpiece would make this a perfect product. Best regards
