The arm rests are uneven. One side is perfect - the other side will not stay taut. Annoying! The seat has already lost its firmness. It sags after using only 3 times. It puts too much pressure on my lower back. The canopy with the side panels provides great sun block. Overall for the price I am disappointed. I had a similar chair that I have used for 10 years. I was treating myself and thought this would be an upgrade. This chair was not an improvement.
