Your company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You don't let people retun items. Your exchange window starts at the time of purchase, not when the product is received and the customer has a chance to try it on. Your products aren't as they are described. You described your buttery soft hoodie as unisex sized but it's not buttery soft and there's no way it would fit a man. It has no stretch in it. Very disappointed with your company's return policy and your customer service. I wish I had read your negative reviews on Better Business Bureau regarding your terrible customer service prior to ordering. Please don't email me anymore and I will mark this up as a lesson learned.
