No one answers my emails. I had a an item not arrive in my package even though the packing slip says it is there. I asked for my money back and they said here is credit to the store for the cost of the item. I DO NOT want credit I want my money back. I DO NOT want another item I wanted that one. Which by the way is still showing on the website as in stock! So basically you have to stolen my money. It took days for anyone to get back to me and tell me why my item was not in the package.
