If you buy the 2 for $39 and it doesn't fit their policy is no return no exchange. That is what I was told. The shirts didn't fit so we are stuck with junk! The quality isn't that great either even though theh want to say it is. I will never shop with thos company again! Very dissatisfied!

I ordered 2 Original Butter Hoodies in Sage (2XL) and Misty Blue (2XL). I received both hoodies in XL. They are too small. I tried to start a return through your website but it tried to charge me $5.00 for return shipping. I don't think I should have to pay $5.00 for return shipping when the wrong sizes were sent to me.
I have requested a return shipping label and a refund several times through e-mail and your Facebook page. The only response I can get from SRL is a return e-mail that has the return policy copied/pasted.
I just want a return label to return the incorrect items you sent me and a refund.
