Everything went smoothly. From ordering the guitar, to paying it to it eventually arriving at my doorstep. The guitar was packaged very well and I was informed of its whereabouts every step if the way. Only thing I disliked was the fact that UPS left the box in front of my house, instead of ringing the door bell, or leaving it inside the house's main stair case. But that's not the shop's fault.
