A quick tip: The ring comes in two sizes—one larger and one smaller—designed to fit both men and women. The product description mentions that the size can be adjusted freely, but it doesn’t warn that excessive adjustments may affect the clarity of the projection. I immediately reached out to the seller, and they responded promptly. To my surprise and delight, I quickly received a new replacement ring—great customer service!
If there were an option to select the ring size when ordering, allowing customers to choose based on their finger size, I believe the shopping experience would be even better.
