I was sent wrong size first. Right size on the bag, wrong size jeans inside. Contacted customer service and got issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you. Would like to add though that when I got the replacement, the jeans in the bag was the correct size ( thank God) but the bag STILL had wrong size label. Seems like you need to go through your inventory to check accuracy.
