The products are excellent, however, in one order, they notified days later and only after i inquired about it (they said nothing unless i pushed for an explanation and i had already paid) that there was a problem with the way i wrote my phone number. Which in turn, delayed my order. This also made me lose an item which was on sale, it wasn't getting send (due to the problem with my mobile number) and i received zero notification over the problem until the product was "sold out".
